产品概述

亚科因生物推出的重组小鼠CXC趋化因子配体2，His-标签（无动物源）（Mouse CXCL2 Protein, His tag (Animal-Free)）是一款高纯度、无动物源成分的细胞因子蛋白，专为免疫学、肿瘤学及炎症机制研究设计，可在体外高效激活CXCR2介导的信号通路。

CXCL2又称生长调节癌基因β（GROβ），属于CXC趋化因子家族，主要由巨噬细胞、单核细胞等免疫细胞分泌。其与受体CXCR2结合后，可诱导中性粒细胞定向迁移并调控细胞增殖、分化与血管生成。实验表明，本品在转染人CXCR2的BaF3细胞趋化模型中，ED₅₀ < 0.5 ng/mL，活性远高于常规标准。蛋白序列覆盖小鼠CXCL2（Ala28-Asn100），经大肠杆菌表达系统重组制备，内毒素水平<0.1 EU/µg，最大限度降低实验干扰。

应用领域

适用于炎症模型建立、中性粒细胞趋化实验、肿瘤微环境研究、CXCR2靶向药物体外药效评价及细胞因子芯片标准品等方向。

保存建议	冻干蛋白应在 -20°C 下保存 1 年。复溶后，在 2°C 至 8°C 下最多可保存 1 周。在含有载体蛋白或稳定剂的缓冲液（如 0.1% BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA ）中进一步稀释后，分装的蛋白质应在 -20°C 或 -80°C 下保存 3-6 个月。避免反复冻融循环。

Sequence

Amino acid sequence derived from Mouse CXCL2 (Ala28-Asn100) (P10889) was expressed with 6×His tag at the N-terminus.

Protein length

The recombinant Mouse CXCL2 consists of 73 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 19.76 kDa.

Biological Activity

Measured by its ability to chemoattract BaF3 cells transfected with human CXCR2. The ED50 for this effect is <0.5 ng/mL.

Endotoxin

< 0.1 EU per 1 μg of the protein by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4.

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (5% HSA , 10%FBS or 0.1%BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant protein to a concentration not less than 100 ug/mL using the buffer we provided, and keep at room temperature for at least 20 min to fully dissolve. Please avoid vortex vigorously.
