重组小鼠白介素-13，His-标签（无动物源）（IL-13）是一种由人类胚胎肾细胞表达的重组蛋白，C端融合有多聚组氨酸标签，适用于细胞培养及相关免疫学研究。该蛋白基于小鼠IL-13氨基酸序列（P20109，Met1-Phe131），以冻干粉形式提供，确保高稳定性和便捷使用。

Sequence

Amino acid sequence derived from mouse IL13 protein (P20109，Met1-Phe131) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Protein length

The recombinant mouse IL13 protein consists of 118 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 12.7 kD.The apparent molecular mass of the mouse IL13 is approximately 15-30 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

< 1 EU per µg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Formulation

0.22 µm filtered protein solution is in PBS, pH7.4.

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized mouse IL13 protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2 -7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized mouse IL-13 protein in the buffer which we provide not less than 100 µg/mL, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
