亚科因生物提供的重组人/小鼠/大鼠转化生长因子β1（His标签）（PRP1223）是一种通过大肠杆菌表达系统制备的高纯度细胞因子。该重组蛋白包含人/小鼠/大鼠TGF-β1 (P01137) 的活性功能域（Ala279-Ser390），并在N端融合6×His标签，分子量为12.9 kDa，以冻干粉形式提供。

注意事项：开盖前需离心处理。冻干粉推荐使用配套复溶液（Reconstitution Buffer）复溶至浓度≥100 µg/mL，后续可根据实验需求稀释。复溶后在2-8°C可保存1周；添加载体蛋白（0.1% HSA/BSA）后分装，-20°C/-80°C可保存3-15个月，避免反复冻融。

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized recombinant Human/Mouse/Rat TGF-β1 protein product should be stored desiccated below -20°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human/Mouse/Rat TGF-β1 protein using the buffer we provided not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
