BMP-3又称骨生成素，属于TGF-β超家族成员，是成人骨骼中含量最高的骨形态发生蛋白（BMP），在至少15种相关BMP中发挥关键作用。作为细胞增殖、分化、基质合成和凋亡的核心调节因子，BMP-3不仅启动、促进和调节骨与软骨的发育、生长和重塑，还参与多种组织和器官的产前发育、产后生长及维护。其通过激活特定信号级联，拮抗促成骨细胞生成素的信号传导，从而有效抑制成骨过程和骨形成。BMP-3在成人骨骼中大量存在，其次是胎儿软骨，其基因ID为651，蛋白质ID为P12645。

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized recombinant Human BMP-3 protein product should be stored desiccated below -20°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human BMP-3 protein using the buffer we provided not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
