Anti-MBP Tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (9Y5)（MBP标签小鼠单克隆抗体，货号：ABT2070）是一款经亲和层析纯化的高特异性小鼠单克隆抗体，专为识别麦芽糖结合蛋白（Maltose Binding Protein, MBP）标签而设计，可广泛应用于Western Blot（WB）等免疫检测场景，帮助研究者快速、准确地检测MBP融合蛋白。
麦芽糖结合蛋白（MBP）是大肠杆菌麦芽糖/麦芽糊精转运系统的关键组分，负责麦芽糊精的摄取与高效分解。作为亲和标签，MBP可显著提升融合蛋白的表达水平与溶解度，促进其正确折叠，并有效减少包涵体形成，因而被广泛用于重组蛋白表达系统。本抗体（克隆号9Y5）以重组MBP蛋白为免疫原，经小鼠腹水制备并通过特异性免疫原亲和层析纯化，能够高灵敏度识别哺乳动物及细菌体系中的MBP标签。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:5000).
Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol.
Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
