Anti-V5 Tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (11D5) 是一款针对 V5 表位标签的小鼠单克隆抗体，经亲和层析纯化后呈即用型液体，可广泛用于 Western blot、免疫荧光及免疫沉淀等实验，为重组蛋白的检测与富集提供可靠工具。
V5 表位标签来源于猿猴病毒 5（SV5）P 和 V 蛋白上的一个小片段（Pk）。该标签因体积小、免疫原性低而被广泛用于标记重组蛋白，尤其是跨膜蛋白和分泌型融合蛋白。本抗体以合成的 V5 肽段 GKPIPNPLLGLDST 偶联 KLH 免疫小鼠后获得，能够特异性识别 V5 标签，帮助研究者在哺乳动物和细菌体系中高效检测或富集目标蛋白。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:5000), IF (1:1000), IP (1:200).
Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol.
Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
