注意事项	开盖使用前，请先离心。本产品为冻干粉，推荐用该产品配套的Reconstitution Buffer进行复溶，且浓度不低于100 µg/mL。客户可根据后续的实验需求，进行进一步的稀释。
保存建议	冻干蛋白应在 -20°C 下保存 1 年。重组后，在 2°C 至 8°C 下最多可保存 1 周。在含有载体蛋白或稳定剂的缓冲液中进一步稀释（如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA）中进一步稀释，蛋白等分应在 -20°C 或 -80°C 下保存 3-6 个月。避免反复冻融循环。

Sequence

Amino acid sequence derived from Human IL-13 (Gly21-Asn132)(P35225) was expressed with 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Protein length

The secreted Human IL-13 consists of 112 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 13.3 kDa.

Biological Activity

Measure by its ability to induce TF-1 cells proliferation. The ED50 for this effect is <0.8 ng/mL. The specific activity of recombinant Human IL-13 is approximately >1 x10⁶ IU/ mg.

Endotoxin

< 0.01 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 8.0.

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (5% HSA , 10%FBS or 0.1%BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human IL-13 protein to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL in sterile ddH₂O, and keep at room temperature for at least 20 min to fully dissolve. Please avoid vortex vigorously.
