白介素17A（IL-17A），又称CTLA-8，是IL-17细胞因子家族成员，主要由记忆Th17细胞产生，也可由CD8+ T细胞、γδ T细胞、NK T细胞、单核细胞和中性粒细胞分泌。它在宿主防御机制中发挥核心作用，对抗细菌和真菌感染，并参与过敏反应及自身免疫过程。IL-17A通过与IL-17RA高亲和力结合介导生物学活性，在病毒感染中促进中性粒细胞炎症。此外，该因子与类风湿性关节炎、多发性硬化症、炎症性肠病、哮喘和银屑病等自身免疫疾病相关，并在癌症发展中通过招募骨髓源性抑制细胞（MDSCs）抑制抗肿瘤免疫，或诱导IL-6促进肿瘤生长。

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized protein product should be stored desiccated below -20°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein using the buffer we provided not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
