    Amino acid sequence derived from human IL-3 protein (NP_000579.2,Met1-Phe152) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

    The recombinant human IL-3 protein consists of 140 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 16 kD.The apparent molecular mass of the human IL-3 is approximately 17-35 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

    Storage Instructions

    Lyophilized human IL-3 protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
