重组人睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)蛋白是一种基于大肠杆菌表达系统的重组细胞因子,通过高效表达人源CNTF片段(氨基酸序列Ala2-Met200),用于细胞培养实验中支持神经细胞的生长、分化和存活。
睫状神经营养因子(Ciliary neurotrophic factor, CNTF)作为细胞因子家族的关键成员,是一种多功能因子,广泛分布于神经系统,对运动神经元、感觉神经元、交感神经元、副交感神经元、海马神经元及少突胶质细胞等具有广谱营养作用,能显著提高体内外各种类型外周神经元的存活率。重组人CNTF蛋白提供高纯度、低内毒素的可靠工具,适用于细胞培养研究中对神经细胞功能的调控和分析。
