绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）最早从水母中分离，由238个氨基酸组成，分子量约26.9 kDa。当受到蓝光至紫外光（395 nm主激发峰，475 nm次激发峰）照射时，会在509 nm处发出明亮的绿色荧光，成为现代分子与细胞生物学中最常用的报告标签之一。借助GFP标签兔多克隆抗体，研究者可在免疫沉淀（IP）流程中高效捕获GFP融合蛋白，为后续蛋白互作网络、表达定位及功能验证提供可靠工具。
该抗体主要应用于蛋白互作研究中的免疫沉淀（IP）实验，可高效富集GFP标签融合蛋白；同时支持Western Blot与免疫荧光检测，广泛用于信号通路验证、蛋白表达定位及功能筛选等方向。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:5000), IF(1:500)
Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol.
Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
