ABL1035 β-Tubulin小鼠单克隆抗体（3G6），HRP偶联是一款专为Western Blot（WB）及石蜡切片免疫组化（IHC-P）设计的内参抗体，采用小鼠IgG1亚型单克隆抗体，经HRP直接标记，可在无需二抗孵育的情况下实现快速、低背景的β-Tubulin蛋白检测。
β-Tubulin是微管蛋白家族的核心成员之一，与α-Tubulin共同组装成微管，广泛参与细胞骨架维持、有丝分裂纺锤体形成及胞内运输等关键生命活动。其蛋白分子量约55 kDa，在哺乳动物、鸟类、昆虫乃至酵母中高度保守，因此成为WB实验中评估蛋白上样量、转膜效率及系统稳定性的经典内参。ABL1035以人工合成多肽为免疫原，经亲和层析纯化，可识别人、小鼠、大鼠、猴、狗、鸡、兔、绵羊、仓鼠、昆虫及酵母来源的β-Tubulin，覆盖物种广，实验方案通用性强。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:5000), IHC (1:200).
