骨形态发生蛋白15（BMP-15）又称GDF-9B，是TGF-β超家族配体，在卵泡生成过程中由卵母细胞特异性表达，对卵母细胞发育具有关键调控作用。BMP-15能促进卵巢颗粒细胞（GC）的FSH非依赖性增殖，诱导GC糖酵解和胆固醇合成途径激活，并通过刺激干细胞因子产生实现负反馈调节。同时，它可阻断FS诱导的GC中FSH受体及类固醇生成分子的表达，在生殖生物学研究中具有重要价值。

Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 50 mM NaCl, pH8.0.

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized protein product should be stored desiccated below -20°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein using the buffer we provided not less than 100 µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
