注意事项	打开前以 3000 rpm 离心 5 分钟。建议用配套无菌ddH2O复溶冻干蛋白，使其浓度不低于 100 μg/mL ，并将储备液在室温下孵育至少 20 分钟，以确保充分再溶解。切勿振荡！剧烈振荡可能会影响蛋白质的生物活性。
保存建议	冻干蛋白应在 -20°C 下保存 1 年。重组后，在 2°C 至 8°C 下最多可保存 1 周。在含有载体蛋白或稳定剂的缓冲液中进一步稀释（如 0.1%BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA）中进一步稀释，蛋白等分应在 -20°C 或 -80°C 下保存 3-6 个月。避免反复冻融循环。

Amino acid sequence derived from Mouse GM-CSF (Ala18-Lys141)(P01587) was expressed with 6×His tag at the N-terminus.

Protein length

The recombinant Mouse GM-CSF consists of 124 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 15.1 KDa.

Biological Activity

Measure by its ability to induce proliferation in FDC-P1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is <50 pg/mL.

Endotoxin

< 0.1 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.

Storage Instructions

Lyophilized protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (5% HSA, 10%FBS or 0.1%BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Usage notes

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse GM-CSF protein to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL in sterile ddH2O, and keep at room temperature for at least 20 min to fully dissolve. Please avoid vortex vigorously.
