Flag标签小鼠单克隆抗体（1B10），HRP偶联（HRP Conjugated Anti-DDDDK Tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (1B10)）是一款经HRP直接标记的小鼠源单克隆抗体，专为识别DYKDDDDK（Flag）标签而设计，可在WB等实验中实现对Flag融合蛋白的一步法快速检测。
Flag标签（DYKDDDDK多肽）是一种经重组DNA技术引入目标蛋白的短肽标签，广泛用于重组蛋白的亲和纯化、表达验证及蛋白复合物分离。本抗体以合成Flag多肽为免疫原，经亲和层析纯化获得高特异性小鼠IgG，随后与辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）共价偶联，可直接催化ECL底物发光，省去二抗孵育步骤，显著缩短实验流程并降低背景信号。其反应性覆盖哺乳动物与细菌体系，兼容常规WB实验需求。
应用领域：适用于Flag标签融合蛋白的Western blot检测，常用于重组蛋白表达验证、蛋白-蛋白相互作用研究及IP后WB分析。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:5000-1:10000).
Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4 and 50% Glycerol.
Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
