    亚科因生物推出的PCNA小鼠单克隆抗体(1D7)(Anti-PCNA Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, 1D7)是一款针对增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen, PCNA)的高特异性单克隆抗体,经亲和层析纯化后呈液体形式,可直接用于WB、IHC-P与IF等多种免疫学检测,为人、小鼠及大鼠样本提供可靠的PCNA蛋白识别工具。

    PCNA是一种在真核细胞中高度保守的核蛋白,作为DNA聚合酶的进程性因子,通过环绕DNA形成拓扑连接,确保DNA复制与修复的高效进行。PCNA的表达水平在S期显著升高,因此常被用作细胞增殖的标志物。本抗体以人工合成多肽为免疫原,经小鼠免疫、腹水制备及亲和层析纯化,获得高亲和力的小鼠IgG1亚型单克隆抗体(克隆号1D7),可精准识别29 kDa的PCNA目标条带。

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:5000), IHC-P (1:200), IF (1:200).

    Storage Buffer

    Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol.

    Storage Instructions

    Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

    常见问题

    Q: 普通荧光二抗能不能做WB呢?应该如何成像呢?

    A: 荧光western blotting的结果需要特殊的仪器检测,即一种荧光成像仪器。即运用荧光成像仪可以对荧光WB的实验结果进行成像和数据采集分析。如果希望应用荧光成像做WB,建议选用Abbkine DyLight 680和DyLight 800荧光二抗,货号分别为A23710、A23720、A23910、A23920。

    Q: Abbkine品牌的二抗的浓度为多少呢?

    A: 0.5 mg/ml。

    Q: 抗体中甘油的作用是什么?

    A: 甘油是可以减慢抗体分子之间的碰撞,起到抗体保护剂的作用。
