    产品概述

    山羊抗兔IgG二抗,黄红色DyLight 549荧光标记 (Dylight 549, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG) 是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的多克隆二抗。它由山羊免疫兔IgG后亲和纯化所得,经DyLight 549荧光染料标记,可在绿光激发下发出明亮的黄红色荧光,为科研工作者提供高灵敏度、低背景的检测信号。

    背景与原理

    在免疫检测体系中,一抗负责特异性识别目标抗原,而二抗则通过与一抗的Fc段结合实现信号放大。本抗体以完整兔IgG分子为免疫原,经山羊宿主免疫后,通过固相偶联的兔IgG(H+L)轻链进行亲和纯化,最终获得纯度>95%(SDS-PAGE验证)的多克隆抗体。DyLight 549是一种新型黄红色荧光染料,其激发/发射峰位于约557/574 nm,具有高亮度、宽pH耐受范围(pH 4-9)、优异的光稳定性及小分子渗透性,可在IF、ICC、FCM等实验中实现高信噪比的成像与定量。

    应用领域

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

    Storage Buffer

    Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative, 1% BSA as stablizer and 50% Glycerol.

    Storage Instructions

    Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
