    产品概述

    ABL1080 α-Tubulin单克隆抗体(3G5)是一款针对微管骨架核心蛋白α-Tubulin的高特异性小鼠单克隆抗体,采用重组蛋白免疫原制备,经亲和层析纯化后呈即用型液体,广泛适用于Western blot (WB)、免疫组化(IHC-P)、免疫荧光(IF)及免疫沉淀(IP)等多种检测场景,是蛋白表达标准化与定位研究的可靠内参工具。

    α-Tubulin与β-Tubulin共同构成真核细胞微管的主要结构单元,微管在细胞形态维持、胞内运输、有丝分裂纺锤体组装等生命活动中发挥关键作用。α-Tubulin由TUBA1A基因编码,在神经系统分化细胞中高表达,其突变可导致神经元迁移缺陷相关的无脑回畸形3型(LIS3)。由于α-Tubulin在物种间高度保守且表达丰度稳定,常被用作全细胞或全组织蛋白表达的内参对照。本抗体(克隆号3G5)识别位于α-Tubulin保守区域的表位,可在人、小鼠、大鼠样本中检测到约52 kDa的清晰条带。

    Storage Buffer and Instructions

    Storage Buffer: Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative and 50% Glycerol.

    Storage Instructions: Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

    Q: 普通荧光二抗能不能做WB呢?应该如何成像呢?

    A: 荧光western blotting的结果需要特殊的仪器检测,即一种荧光成像仪器。即运用荧光成像仪可以对荧光WB的实验结果进行成像和数据采集分析。如果希望应用荧光成像做WB,建议选用Abbkine DyLight 680和DyLight 800荧光二抗,货号分别为A23710、A23720、A23910、A23920。

    Q: 抗体中甘油的作用是什么?
