    产品概述

    山羊抗小鼠IgG二抗,红色DyLight 649荧光标记 (Dylight 649, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG) 是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的红色荧光二抗。该抗体由山羊免疫小鼠IgG后制备,经亲和纯化获得高纯度多克隆IgG,并与新一代DyLight 649荧光染料共价偶联,可在远红光区(Ex/Em ≈ 654/673 nm)发出明亮而稳定的红色荧光,为小鼠来源一抗提供高灵敏度的信号放大。

    背景知识:在免疫荧光、流式细胞术等蛋白检测体系中,标记二抗是连接一抗与检测信号的关键桥梁。Abbkine系列二抗涵盖酶、生物素及多种荧光染料标记,可兼容WB、IHC、IF、FCM、ELISA等多种应用。本款山羊抗小鼠IgG二抗以固相偶联的小鼠IgG(H+L)为配基进行亲和纯化,蛋白纯度>95%(SDS-PAGE验证),确保对小鼠IgG全分子、重链及轻链具有高度特异性;同时对非免疫球蛋白血清蛋白无交叉反应,仅存在与其它物种IgG的潜在交叉结合,背景更低、信噪比更高。

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications. The Ex/Em of this antibody is 652/672, and IF experiments recommend using a confocal microscope of about 650 nm excitation channel, such as: APC channel.

DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influoresence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.
