    产品概述

    山羊抗兔IgG二抗,绿色DyLight 488荧光标记(Dylight 488, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG)是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的高灵敏度多克隆二抗。该抗体以亲和纯化的山羊抗兔IgG为核心,经DyLight 488绿色荧光染料标记,可在488 nm激发光下发出明亮且稳定的绿色荧光信号,为兔源一抗的检测提供清晰、低背景的成像支持。

    在免疫荧光实验中,一抗与靶标蛋白结合后,需借助荧光标记的二抗实现信号放大与可视化。DyLight 488作为一种新型荧光染料,其激发/发射峰分别为493 nm/518 nm,光谱特性与FITC类似,但荧光强度更高、光稳定性更强,且对pH 4-9环境不敏感,有效避免淬灭风险。该二抗通过亲和纯化工艺,以固相偶联的兔IgG(H+L)为配基,确保对兔源一抗的高特异性识别,同时经血清吸附处理,显著降低与非免疫球蛋白的交叉反应,适用于复杂样本的精准检测。

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

    Storage Buffer

    Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative, 1% BSA as stablizer and 50% Glycerol.

    Storage Instructions

    Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

DyLight 488-antibody conjugates are brighter than Cy2 and FITC conjugates and similar in brightness to Alexa Fluor 488 conjugates. DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influuence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.

    Q: 普通荧光二抗能不能做WB呢?应该如何成像呢?

    A: 荧光western blotting的结果需要特殊的仪器检测,即一种荧光成像仪器。即运用荧光成像仪可以对荧光WB的实验结果进行成像和数据采集分析。如果希望应用荧光成像做WB,建议选用Abbkine DyLight 680和DyLight 800荧光二抗,货号分别为A23710、A23720、A23910、A23920。
