山羊抗大鼠IgG二抗,黄红色DyLight 549荧光标记 (Dylight 549, Goat Anti-Rat IgG) 是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的多克隆二抗。该抗体由山羊免疫后制备,经亲和纯化工艺获得,可与大鼠IgG全分子、重链及轻链发生高特异性结合,并以DyLight 549荧光染料进行标记,在550 nm激发/570 nm发射条件下呈现明亮的黄红色荧光信号。
在免疫荧光检测体系中,一抗负责识别目标抗原,而标记有荧光染料的二抗则用于信号放大与可视化。DyLight 549属于新一代小分子有机荧光染料,其激发/发射光谱与经典Rhodamine、Cy3等传统染料部分重叠,却拥有更窄的发射峰、更高的量子产率及出色的光稳定性,在pH 4–9范围内荧光强度几乎不受影响。山羊来源的多克隆二抗因其广谱识别表位,可兼容大鼠IgG各亚型,有效提升检测灵敏度;经大鼠IgG(H+L)固相抗原亲和纯化后,非特异性背景显著降低,蛋白纯度>95%(SDS-PAGE验证)。
应用领域:该二抗广泛应用于细胞或组织切片免疫荧光定位、免疫细胞化学染色以及流式细胞术检测大鼠来源一抗的实验场景,特别适合蛋白表达分析、亚细胞定位、受体分布研究及多色荧光共标记实验。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influoresence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.
