    产品概述

    山羊抗大鼠IgG二抗,黄红色DyLight 549荧光标记 (Dylight 549, Goat Anti-Rat IgG) 是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的多克隆二抗。该抗体由山羊免疫后制备,经亲和纯化工艺获得,可与大鼠IgG全分子、重链及轻链发生高特异性结合,并以DyLight 549荧光染料进行标记,在550 nm激发/570 nm发射条件下呈现明亮的黄红色荧光信号。

    背景知识

    在免疫荧光检测体系中,一抗负责识别目标抗原,而标记有荧光染料的二抗则用于信号放大与可视化。DyLight 549属于新一代小分子有机荧光染料,其激发/发射光谱与经典Rhodamine、Cy3等传统染料部分重叠,却拥有更窄的发射峰、更高的量子产率及出色的光稳定性,在pH 4–9范围内荧光强度几乎不受影响。山羊来源的多克隆二抗因其广谱识别表位,可兼容大鼠IgG各亚型,有效提升检测灵敏度;经大鼠IgG(H+L)固相抗原亲和纯化后,非特异性背景显著降低,蛋白纯度>95%(SDS-PAGE验证)。

    应用领域:该二抗广泛应用于细胞或组织切片免疫荧光定位免疫细胞化学染色以及流式细胞术检测大鼠来源一抗的实验场景,特别适合蛋白表达分析、亚细胞定位、受体分布研究及多色荧光共标记实验。

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

    DyLight 488-antibody conjugates are brighter than Cy2 and FITC conjugates and similar in brightness to Alexa Fluor 488 conjugates. DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influoresence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.
