    产品概述

    兔抗山羊IgG二抗,绿色DyLight 488荧光标记(Dylight 488, Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG)是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的绿色荧光二抗。该抗体以亲和纯化的山羊IgG为免疫原,经兔宿主高免血清制备,并通过固相偶联的山羊IgG(H+L)轻链进行亲和层析纯化,蛋白纯度≥95%(SDS-PAGE检测),确保在复杂样本中仍具备高特异性和低背景。

    在免疫荧光实验中,一抗与目标蛋白结合后,需要高灵敏、低交叉反应的二抗进行信号放大。本抗体采用新一代DyLight 488绿色荧光染料标记,其激发/发射峰约为493/518 nm,光谱宽度窄、荧光强度高,且对pH 4–9环境不敏感,能有效避免淬灭与信号漂移。由于DyLight 488分子量小、水溶性好,可在高标记比例下仍保持抗体-染料共轭物稳定,不引起沉淀,从而获得更清晰、更明亮的荧光图像。该抗体可与山羊IgG全分子、重链及轻链发生特异性结合,对非免疫球蛋白血清蛋白无交叉反应,但可能与其它物种的免疫球蛋白存在潜在交叉结合,实验时需设置合适对照。

    应用领域:适用于免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)、流式细胞术(FCM)等蛋白检测场景,可配合山羊来源的一抗,对细胞、组织切片或悬浮细胞中的目标蛋白进行高灵敏度、高特异性的绿色荧光检测。

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

    DyLight fluorescent dyes are a new family of dyes with improved brightness. DyLight 488-antibody conjugates are brighter than Cy2 and FITC conjugates and similar in brightness to Alexa Fluor 488 conjugates. DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influoresence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.
