兔抗山羊IgG二抗,橙红色DyLight 594荧光标记(Dylight 594, Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG)是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的高性能多克隆二抗。该抗体由兔源IgG制备,经亲和纯化工艺偶联DyLight 594荧光染料,可在550 nm激发、570–590 nm发射范围内呈现明亮橙红色荧光,适用于山羊来源一抗的精准信号放大。
在免疫荧光实验中,一抗与目标抗原结合后,需借助荧光标记的二抗实现可视化。本抗体以完整山羊IgG分子为免疫原,经兔宿主高免血清制备,可特异性识别山羊IgG的重链及轻链,同时避免与非免疫球蛋白血清蛋白的非特异结合。DyLight 594作为新一代荧光染料,其高量子产率与抗淬灭特性显著优于传统染料,确保在长时间激发或高功率激光照射下仍保持信号稳定。
适用于细胞或组织水平的免疫荧光成像(如共聚焦显微镜、高内涵筛选)、流式细胞术多色分析,以及ICC实验中的抗原定位研究。特别推荐用于山羊源一抗标记的小鼠、大鼠或人源样本检测,需配合封闭血清优化以降低潜在交叉反应。

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.
Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative, 1% BSA as stablizer and 50% Glycerol.
Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

DyLight 488-antibody conjugates are brighter than Cy2 and FITC conjugates and similar in brightness to Alexa Fluor 488 conjugates. DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influuence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.

A: 荧光western blotting的结果需要特殊的仪器检测,即一种荧光成像仪器。即运用荧光成像仪可以对荧光WB的实验结果进行成像和数据采集分析。如果希望应用荧光成像做WB,建议选用Abbkine DyLight 680和DyLight 800荧光二抗,货号分别为A23710、A23720、A23910、A23920。
