    产品概述

    山羊抗小鼠IgG二抗,黄红色DyLight 549荧光标记 (Dylight 549, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG) 是一款专为免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)及流式细胞术(FCM)设计的多克隆二抗,由山羊免疫小鼠IgG后亲和纯化获得,并以新一代DyLight 549荧光染料进行标记,可在550 nm激发/568 nm发射条件下呈现明亮的黄红色荧光信号。

    在免疫荧光、流式细胞术等蛋白检测体系中,一抗通常来源于小鼠,而山羊抗小鼠IgG二抗则作为信号放大元件,通过其Fc段与小鼠IgG的Fc段特异性结合,将DyLight 549荧光基团精准地定位到目标抗原。DyLight 549属于DyLight®系列新型荧光染料,吸收峰约550 nm,发射峰约568 nm,光谱范围覆盖黄红区,具有高亮度、低背景、抗淬灭、对pH不敏感(pH 4-9)等优势;其分子量小、水溶性好,可实现高染料/蛋白比例偶联而不产生沉淀,从而保证在IF、ICC、FCM等应用中呈现清晰、稳定、低非特异性的荧光成像。

    应用领域

    广泛应用于细胞与组织水平的免疫荧光成像、免疫细胞化学染色、流式细胞术表型分析等蛋白检测场景,尤其适合以小鼠来源一抗为核心的多色荧光标记实验。

    使用说明

    Application Notes

    Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting 1:50-1:1000 dilutions for most fluorescent applications.

    Storage Buffer

    Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide as preservative, 1% BSA as stablizer and 50% Glycerol.

    Storage Instructions

    Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

DyLight 488-antibody conjugates are brighter than Cy2 and FITC conjugates and similar in brightness to Alexa Fluor 488 conjugates. DyLight 549-antibody conjugates shows brighter influoresence than TRITC conjugates. Also, DyLight 594-antibody conjugates are noticeably brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates.

    A: 激发波长为562nm,发射波长为576nm。

    Q: 普通荧光二抗能不能做WB呢?应该如何成像呢?

    A: 荧光western blotting的结果需要特殊的仪器检测,即一种荧光成像仪器。即运用荧光成像仪可以对荧光WB的实验结果进行成像和数据采集分析。如果希望应用荧光成像做WB,建议选用Abbkine DyLight 680和DyLight 800荧光二抗,货号分别为A23710、A23720、A23910、A23920。
